K1 support system fixed my issue without me having to do anything, responds really fast, and they helped me solve the issue better than claude ai

First off, the app does exactly what it is supposed to. I was able to set items for pre-sale easily. I had an issue with my theme not displaying the pre-order button correctly but the company was very responsive and had it fixed in less than 24 hours. Also, I asked for a new feature, for pre-sale to automatically limit quantity based on incoming purchase orders, and was told that they are working on this and it should be available soon. I highly recommend this plugin.
