Anyone selling consumables NEEDS to use this...if not... you're leaving money on the table. This is honestly the best subscription app on Shopify, very affordable for starting business owners. Dominykas from the support team helped me get setup in 5 minutes, shoutout to the amazing support team they have at Kaching.

Customer service is unreal. Paulius resolved all my questions and built customCSS to fix my design issues in 10 minutes. Honestly couldn't be happier!

Really impressed with Kaching's tech support. They took the time to actually help me instead of just rushing through it, and made sure I got the result I was looking for. They were patient, knew what they were doing, and stuck with me until everything was working the way I wanted. I really appreciated that level of support.

Cost me approx $3K because 1 setting was not checked. Instead of notifying me which would have prompted me to fix the error or at least flag support it happened then had me playing catch up after the fact. I could not have uninstalled this app fast enough!!!
Hi Ethan, thank you for your feedback - and I'm sorry for the impact this had on your business. Our system did send email notifications after each failed billing attempt, and our built-in payment recovery automatically retried those charges over the following days based on your configured retry settings. However, it's clear that the severity of the situation wasn't communicated well enough in those alerts for you to act on it in time - and that's on us. We're working on making these notifications harder to miss, especially when failures happen at scale - so merchants can intervene before recovery windows close. Very good app and super good Support. They know what to do every single time. Only time they don't know what to do, is when there is no answer :D Eligijus especially helped me a lot!
