great ap and incredible customer service as usual
Can't display the correct price of subscriptions. Also their chat support promised features that didn't even exist such as 'Selling Plan Groups'. This app has no real differentiation or value than any other basic subscription app.

On the pricing display: we'd love to take a look - subscription pricing depends on a few theme and selling plan settings, and we can almost always get it sorted in a quick chat. Could you reach back out so we can dig in? On "Selling Plan Groups": just to clarify, that suggestion didn't come from our team. Shopify's AI assistant (Sidekick) sometimes references native Shopify concepts that aren't part of every app's feature set, and we can see how that caused confusion. Apologies for the mixed signals - that's on us to communicate more clearly. We'd genuinely like a chance to make this right. Our team is here whenever you'd like to revisit it. Absolutely best support from all the shopify extensions I have tried. Response time is awesome. Eligijus solved my case in just few messages. Katching app fully deserve their 5.0 average rating on the app store.

Deividas helped me in record time pin pointed my issue and clearly helped me to resolve it! Kaching sub app is the simpelst and best with lower fees than any other!
Love the app, struggled with setting it up tho but Juozas from the support team helped me a lot!! Super responsive and straight to the point guy.
As context, I'm not "techy!" I have been using the Kaching Bundles and Subscriptions, and they make it really user friendly, even for a non-tech person. There are video to access, but let me tell you about Dominykas's Customer Service... it is genuinely THE BEST!!! The chat says someone will contact me within 30 minutes. I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes before Dominykas is on the chat. I see something that I want to create, and can't figure it out on my own. I send a message with a screenshot of what I want, and no joke, within 15 minutes it is created and on my site! The absolute BEST part, not once have I felt like I should have been able to figure it out on my own. Dominykas says "let me take a look" and in 5 minutes, I get a message "how does that look?" (MIND BLOWN) It's absolutely PERFECT! And so friendly! I can't say enough about how it feels to have the kind of support Dominykas has shown. I'm sure everyone else is great too, but I've been lucky enough to have Dominykas help me. Just AWESOME!!! Thank you SO much!! -Tammy
