Juozas in customer support has been great. Quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and he makes sure everything is set up correctly. Support like this makes the app experience way better.

Kaching Subscription app has been fantastic, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Deividas was awesome to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what it promises, but the top-notch customer service is what really impressed me. I wish all companies offered this level of support. Customer service is top notch. The rep Paul was so fast, so skilled, so knowledgeable, and so accommodating. I'm so glad I switched over from Rapi bundles to Kaching bundles, and super happy Paul was able to import my subscriptions from Shopify to KaChing. Bravo to Paul. Give that man a raise!.

I'd prefer they make their guides more adequate for self-diagnosing but the live support is still quick and actually helps me out with my problem. Other than that the app itself is amazing. Thank you Dovydas for your amazing support!
