Great app, easy to use. I had a small feature request that was not available. Even though it was not available, I started a chat with support and Domantas created the code ON THE SPOT! Above and beyond customer service. Thank you!

Very good app and super good Support. They know what to do every single time. Only time they don't know what to do, is when there is no answer :D Eligijus especially helped me a lot!

Paul fixed an issue I'd been stuck on for a while — removing the quantity selector on a free gift item in the cart drawer. Done in under 10 minutes. Fast, efficient, and sorted out a second issue I'd been running into while he was at it. Exactly what good support looks like.

5/5 Stars - Incredible Support & App for Increasing AOV! I have to give a massive shoutout to Dovydas from the support team! I was completely stuck trying to set up my offers and, admittedly, I am not very technical. Dovydas worked with me for hours to get everything looking and functioning perfectly. He went above and beyond, doing exactly what I asked, providing multiple options for my setup, and even jumping in to do some custom coding for me. I never would have figured this out on my own, and he saved me an incredible amount of time and frustration. If you are looking to set up subscriptions or just want to increase your AOV, I highly recommend this app. The functionality is great, but Dovydas's customer service makes it an absolute must-have!

Dovydas helped me with several issues across Katching Bundles, Cart, and Subscriptions, and the support was honestly excellent. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was really easy to understand and made sure I actually knew what was going on, he was very quick in solving things for me with so much attention to detail. What I appreciated most was that he really went the extra mile to solve every problem properly. He was patient, thorough, and genuinely committed to getting everything working the way it should. It was not necessary to explain so much in detail, because he understood right away what I wanted. If you ever get help from Dovydas, you’re in very good hands!! Best support team, Dovydas replied quickly and navigated me through my problems, that I 100% would have not been able to do on my own. Overall a very good experience with the customer support and big thanks to Dovydas again, massive help would recommend.
