I am absolutely blown away by the support from this team! I wanted to create a custom "pulse/glow" animation for my subscription widget to make it stand out, and Paul helped me immediately. He went above and beyond by writing the custom CSS code for me and adding it directly to my theme settings to ensure it worked perfectly with my design. Paul was fantastic help, helped write me some code to help change an offer around, and then provided me an informational video on how to apply it myself, as well as providing the code.

Great app for shopify, helps out so much and I've never had a customer experience that was as good as Kaching. They have top teir customer support reps. Recently, I had a very difficult issue to fix and it seemed like it was impossible to get fixed but my rep named Deividas helped me out a lot and got everything straightened out for me. Helped a lot.
