Great customer support - Domantas helped very quickly. The app works well, doesn’t crash, and we haven’t had any issues so far.

I used all the apps provided with this company. All works perfect. Highly recommend this app. Customer service is amazing, Erikas helped me to custom the code to fit with my store that is so good.

I recently downloaded and set up the app, and so far I’m very satisfied. It includes all the features I was looking for and works exactly as expected. I had used another similar app before, but it was quite limited and not comparable to Kaching Subscriptions. This one is clearly better, and at the same price. I especially want to highlight their customer support. In this case, Erikas helped me with my questions for Kaching Subscriptions in a very fast and efficient way. Extremely satisfied with the customer service.

I had a couple of problems with sorting some stuff about my website while using the app and I couldn't figure it out so I sent a message to the team. Juozas replied and he was extremely helpful for me he fixed everything that needed fixing and even made sure that everything was set up correctly and ready to be used. Highly recommend using it if you're going to be selling with subscriptions!

Took a little while getting to know the app however Domantas from customer support helped out a lot ! thank you my friend - app works great now and building solid LTV

Full customizability of the widget itself is limited, but the support from Deividas was excellent in resolving this manually (although you should be able to personalise it properly without the support)

I'm using the 3 apps from Katchin and they are amazing, I'm really impressed how whole system works. Also Paulius was really helpful with sorting out problem with free shipping, you're the best guys

Erikas helped me with my problem almost instantly, I like the usability of the app and it's so easy to track and for customers to cancel their subscription
