Kaching Subscriptions is exactly what I needed to add recurring revenue to my store. The setup was simple and the features are powerful but still easy to use. It integrates well and gives my customers a smooth experience. Also, IEVA was a huge help she guided me through everything and made the process way easier. Really solid app overall.

I want to leave a one-million-star review for Juozas. He spent over 5 hours with me solving every issue on my website, Titilio.com, with an incredible level of patience, attention, and professionalism. This was not basic support. He truly took the time to understand the problems, check every detail, explain everything clearly, test the solutions, and make sure everything was working properly before finishing. It is rare to find someone this dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. Juozas showed outstanding professionalism, great communication, and a level of support that gave me real confidence. Honestly, he is an amazing professional. I've been using Seal for the past couple of years and was looking to switch over to a newer, fresher platform. I reached out to Kaching support and met Domantas & Juozas, who helped answer all of the many questions I had while importing my 3k+ subscription list. Domantas was especially helpful as he guided me through the entire process and got everything resolved as quickly as possible. This would normally have been a headache, but Kaching's support made it easy. HUGE thank you to Domantas & Juozas for making this bulk importing experience as smooth as it was. 5/5 stars.
customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!
