Kaching Subscription app has been fantastic, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Deividas was awesome to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what it promises, but the top-notch customer service is what really impressed me. I wish all companies offered this level of support. Highly recommend Kaching and huge thanks to Deividas for making the experience so smooth!

Big thanks to Paulius for helping me fix the unit label and dynamic price display. I was stuck on this for a long time and he made it easy to understand. Really appreciate the help. Saved me a lot of frustration

Great and fast response with expertise knowledge. I can't emphasize enough how great the kaching team in general is. Today our Team got helped by Juozas and we fixed a main issue in a matter of minutes :D

We recently switched to Kaching Subscriptions, and the transition was flawless. Erikas was instrumental in making sure our subscription tiers were set up exactly how we wanted them. The user interface for our customers is very intuitive, and it has definitely helped us build more recurring revenue. Great app and even better support

Customer service is top notch. The rep Paul was so fast, so skilled, so knowledgeable, and so accommodating. I'm so glad I switched over from Rapi bundles to Kaching bundles, and super happy Paul was able to import my subscriptions from Shopify to KaChing. Bravo to Paul. Give that man a raise!.

I'd prefer they make their guides more adequate for self-diagnosing but the live support is still quick and actually helps me out with my problem. Other than that the app itself is amazing. Thank you Dovydas for your amazing support!
