I've had a few issues here and there with how I customized certain things on my webpages but instead of making it better, I just made it worse. Fortunately, by reaching out to support, I was immediately assisted and corrections were made as per my wishes. Thank you so much for your prompt response and for fixing all my boo-boos.

I searched for a while, for an app that does the shipping bar upsell inside the product page (and not just the top/bottom bar) and Kaktus does exactly that and for free :) The support is also very fast and reactive ( Andrian)

The bar shows on my live site even though I have only activated it in my backup theme for previewing & configuring. So real customers saw it and that caused some issues. And there's no contact form to reach your support team so here we are.

At first the app & my website were not cooperating, but the Kaktus team worked hard to fix the issue. They were easy to chat too & they let me know when they fixed it. The app is exactly what I was looking for & works perfectly now!
