App does not work, unable to create payment rules.

Hasta ahora, muy contenta con esta app. Me da muchas opciones para configurar la funcionalidad que quiero; allí dónde Shopify no llega.

Can't hear from support. The app does not show an error message when setting up the rule on the checkout page.
