The checkout rules only work in test mode and fail to apply when the store is live, making the app unusable for real transactions. I tried contacting support both via [email protected] and through the Get Support option in the app, but received no response. While the setup looks promising, it’s misleading to advertise functionality that doesn’t carry over to active mode. Wasted time configuring rules that never actually enforced during checkout.

Can't hear from support. The app does not show an error message when setting up the rule on the checkout page.
