Fantastic app that's very easy to use. The support we've received since installation has been outstanding. Daniel and Miriam are extremely knowledgeable about merchandising and helped us understand how to leverage different triggers to improve our merchandising strategy. This app is the best in the business. It has a lot of easy to access and understand analytics that help you decide what collections need to be sorted and merchandised better. If you can't figure something out or need some hand holding, they have a built in agent called "KIM". She's able to access your store data directly and perform actions on your behalf. Its not a normal help agent that tells you what to do, it can actually do the work if given the permission. All clothing stores need this!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We viewed a lot of collection merchandising tools and we decided to go with Kimonix due to the plug and play element, which worked super well for us rather than weeks/months of development we were were able to download the app and have it live in minutes. Also the support from Miriam has been amazing, she is always happy to offer support whether that is jumping on a call or a speedy email response.

Easy to use and took minutes to install. Saves our team a lot of time on day to day merch tasks. Nice A/B capabilities. Support is very responsive. Would recommend.
