King Product Options, Variants

Very good app, meets my needs and most importantly does not affect the loading speed too much. Any questions or issues they get back to me right away. Highly recommend!

We are using a Pro theme which the other app "Globo" didn't support and didn't want to help us with, but this King app works perfectly AND their service is great. They even built in a custom feature that we asked to be able to force all-caps typing in the fields within a few hours of asking. Thank you King!

I have to set up some bundles to sell, and these app was perfect for that because it is unlimited options. Also i did have a problem when customer choose a product it goes directly to cart. So i wright a mail for the support and now it is fixed! Absolut great!

It really is a good app, but I knocked off a star for two reasons: First, the dearth of documentation. The FAQ link goes to a table of contents, but all of the links (to faq.ymq.cool) appear to be dead, and have been since I installed the app. Second, there is no visual indication of when a variant is sold out. Yes, you still see Shopify's "Sold Out," but the swatch looks like all the others. There are settings that let you load an image (via URL) and change the border for disabled variants, but they don't function. While this may sound like a minor issue, I know I find it frustrating to have to click a button before I can see if something is in stock—I want to know at a glance—and I'm concerned that my customers will feel the same way. This message is both a review, and, since none of this is documented, a warning to those who may be trying to get the function to work that it's not you: It's a problem with the app. That said, I know from reading other reviews and responses that this is a two-man operation and that they're creating and supporting numerous apps. This Product Options app adds a GREAT DEAL of functionality that Shopify does not natively, and it's clear that they have tweaked and added additional features based on customer input. I don't like to slam the creators who allow us to do things that Shopify does not—particularly for free!—and that is not my intention here, but I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong when, in fact, I wasn't. Hopefully this will save someone else that time.

Very useful app, this app helps our pages a lot! Also super quick response! Can't believe this is free.

I´m very happy with this app so far! It´s easy to use, the layout is great and I´m surprised by how many options can be added. I´ve multiple apps installed and everything works and runs smoothly. The app was working fine before, but now for past 3-4 days, the upload an image option and text options are not working on my website. Please look into this.

This is a lovely software, it's FREE and It works perfectly too... I had a couple of questions and the developer responded back within minutes. I have very basic knowledge in web designing and I had no issues installing and using this app. Thank you

Seems to work well so far for me. However I cannot figure out how to change font style or bold/unbold to match my existing shopify options so that is frustrating from an aesthetics point *update: within an hour I received an email and they had gone ahead and updated the fonts to match that of my store! :)

We've been using this app to gather specific information we need from customers when placing orders that Shopify doesn't automatically gather, and we've loved how much we can customize it to meet our needs. We had some issues with a recent Shopify theme template upgrade and when I reached out to customer service, they responded within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Super impressed!

Everything works well very happy with the overall outcome. However, it does not seem to have a block-out delivery date function. There is no way to get in contact with the support team for help.

The perfect app for adding options and variations. It has more features that an actually paid app. Hats off.
