I used this to provide virtual variants which all shared a common product stock level, something that couldn't be achieved using Shopify's variants. It was easy to install, and when I hit a slight snag in setting it up the way I wanted, I submitted a support request and within a few hours they had sent me a video detailing the way I could solve this issue - very helpful & responsive. Thank you! Update 03.02.22: I had to make another tweak: to allow the chosen variant to be included in customer and staff order notifications. I emailed support who came back to me in less than 30 mins with links to support tutorials that worked perfectly and were well explained. Brilliant support - thank you again!

This is an excellent app to help with the different variant options for my store and is really user friendly. I had a small issue when using conditions and contacted for support, which was answered really quickly and answered in around 5 minutes - the issue was also resolved in this time!

Best support ever seen. I tell a problem, they make a Video and show me what i have to do. Super great. And everything for free. Take mony for the app. Thank you so much.

Making my other app on my store bug. No way to fix that. Support can't help. I wouldn't recommand this app at all.
We are really frustrated. After receiving your email, we responded to you within 2 minutes. Just as we were editing the content of the email, we received your comment. We were really frustrated at the time. 😭 Conflict between two apps is a very common problem. In time you use other product options app, there is a high probability that this problem will also exist. We are really frustrated, and your comments made our entire team very disappointed.

Absolutely love it!! I can add so many types of variants, either tied to Shopify or virtual ones. This especially works on all my custom orders. The support is even better, quick replies and effective!!! Highly recommend

Support is phenomenal and and truly supportive :) Who knew! Not only has this app allowed me to make reasonably complicated product options easy to implement, the staff are top notch and customer support is amazing.

Using this app, I was able to include a notes section on each of my custom products. After downloading the app, I quickly learned how to use it. (within minutes) This is an incredibly useful app. I love this app because it is super easy to use and gives quick templates to add to products with the same questions. Additionally, I added the ability to upload an image to each product in case a customer wanted to screen shot something. You have so many options to make your store stand out to a customer. Your website will be easier to manage too. 10/10 Love this app and makes everything less confusing for my customers and myself

I have used a lot of other variants and all of them clash with discount codes. This one doesn't. Highly recommend
