it's ok, but I am trying to submit a help request through the contact form on the app, but it just keep thinking and will not send. The king variant App seems to affect how my other variants display. The products that use King variant app variant for chain length, the colour will only appear as a drop down. but for all my products that don't have a variant using this app, they appear as buttons, which is how I want them all to appear. Hoping this can be fixed. Writing here as I have been waiting for 30 minutes to submit a contact us request through the app, but ti won't go through.

Edit: The developer contacted me and removed the label The app is actually really good, but unfortunately the "Contact us" form doesn't work. I've tried sending the form several times now, but it just buffers and the page hangs... I would like to have the “Powered By Ymq App” removed, which should actually work quite easily via “Contact us”... well it doesn't

I only have positive things to say about this app. It's very straightforward and easy to use. I needed something to add more variants and it's been perfect for us. Customer service is also very responsive and helpful.

I've been working in e-commerce for 5 years now and I was looking for a simple and easy to use app to handle my complex products until I used “King Product Options & Variant” and I have to recommend it, it's the easiest app I've ever used and it meets all my requirements! It's the easiest app I've ever used and it meets all my requirements, perfect for shopify.

The developing team's prompt responses, clear communication, and dedication to solving our unique challenges have been mind-blowing. If you need a flexible product options solution paired, King Product Options is hands down the best choice! even though their product is free, they still offer amazing customer service! I had an issue and they were prompt and helpful. Highly recommend.

EDIT: After my review, the developer contacted me and solved the problem very quick. So as promised, I've changed my review to 5 stars. I really like this app, but I do have a problem with the position of the app on my product page and I can't seem to figure out how to change it. I've tried to contact the makers of the app several times now for the last few weeks, but I never got any reply or help. I want my store to go live in January and it really bothers me I can't get in contact with them, so I hope this review helps me to finally receive an answer. If they solve my problem, I'd be happy to change my rating, cause I really like this app in general, but it shouldn't be that hard to receive a reply after filling in the contact form for several times.

I checked the theme you mentioned and the apply option is in the right place when there is no variation and there is no description as you said. The apply option is above the add to cart button. Great functionality to add choice selections for items. Especially important for me as I'm selling lots of varieties of plants.

This app is EXCELLENT! Heaps of variants, very user friendly and incredibly customisable. I went through lots of other product variant apps before I found this one - this is it! Highly recommend.
