This app is amazing, it has every feature I was looking for, great customisation features and very easy to use. The service is incredible as well, I had a slight issue with compatibility with my theme and they literally got back to me within 5 minutes of me sending an email and fixed the issue for me straight away. I tried out a few different variant option apps and this was easily the best. Highly recommended!

Really easy to use, especially for stores like ours with a large variety of items with different customisation options. Smart feature of allowing templates that are linked which can be applied across different products. Appreciate it being a free app and hope it stays that way!

Great and prompt customer support to help resolve an issue I had. I contacted support and they replied within just a few hours via email that they have resolved the issue back end for me.

Very easy to use, and free. Makes adding variants much easier. I do wish the app had a way to attach photos to the variants. Had to use shopify app for that.

Excellente APP! Also the product support is top notch. Couple times I've gotten my questions answered within minutes, and even had some "small" custom work done on the fly. Great app that is supported by a great team! Highly recommend!

Worked fine for like 2 weeks then just suddenly stopped working.. not very easy to use when things go wrong.
Hi, This should be a problem with your theme, not a problem with the app. After you contacted us, we responded to you within 5 minutes. However, we did not receive your feedback, but received this bad review . We guess that the reason for this problem is that your theme has been modified, it may be modified by humans, or it may be modified by an app. Can you contact us and we will troubleshoot the cause of this problem for you.

Wow I’m blown away by the support of this app developer! They literally took a few minutes to reply to my support request and then took another few minutes to fix my concern. Not only the support is great but the app is too! Simple to navigate and had good features! I HIGHLY recommend!

This app helped me to set conditional options for my apparel, where I could set sizes and colors based on the apparel type. I tried this with another popular app and it did not work properly.

The customer service team behind this app is beyond helpful! Integration into my shop went relatively smooth, I only had one question that I couldn't figure out from poking around the app (was entirely my own fault and was right in front of my face, nothing to do with the usability of the app) and the customer service team answered within 24 hours.

This is an amazing app for custom options. First of all, its so easy! Secondly, the front end look is beautiful and integrates to my theme perfectly. Excellent customer support and fast response to my question, Nice App, It does exactly what it states!

I love this app. There are so many customizations that it allows you to make! Needed custom coding, they did it in under 30 mins! I had a response from their team in under 30 minutes and my requests were completed! 10/5 stars totally recommend, still can't believe this app is free.

I upgraded to Shopify 2.0 and needed the assistance of this app to organise a lot of my product variants. I contacted their support on many occasions over the last 48 hrs and they were always fast to reply finding solutions to all my problems . The app works seamlessly with my Shopify variants and saves me hours of work. I highly recommend this app. Thank you for all your help !
