We are using a Pro theme which the other app "Globo" didn't support and didn't want to help us with, but this King app works perfectly AND their service is great. They even built in a custom feature that we asked to be able to force all-caps typing in the fields within a few hours of asking. Thank you King!

I have to set up some bundles to sell, and these app was perfect for that because it is unlimited options. Also i did have a problem when customer choose a product it goes directly to cart. So i wright a mail for the support and now it is fixed! Absolut great!

Seems to work well so far for me. However I cannot figure out how to change font style or bold/unbold to match my existing shopify options so that is frustrating from an aesthetics point *update: within an hour I received an email and they had gone ahead and updated the fonts to match that of my store! :)

We've been using this app to gather specific information we need from customers when placing orders that Shopify doesn't automatically gather, and we've loved how much we can customize it to meet our needs. We had some issues with a recent Shopify theme template upgrade and when I reached out to customer service, they responded within 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Super impressed!
