Small farm and farm store and quarterly sales tax was such a challenge for me. Now that Kintsugi handles it for us, I have new challenges -- ground squirrels. Super support team; great product; out of my mind!

We moved away from Avalara because we needed some human contact. Kintsugi team was awesome to onboard us and get the Sales Tax filing done with just the right amount of support along the way (and no meaningless automated emails, like we were getting before). I highly recommend Kintsugi. The price is super reasonable too and they didn't lock us into a 1 year contract, just month to month. Great customer service and app.

Kintsugi is my absolute fave! When we suddenly hit nexus in multiple states at once, they made what felt super overwhelming actually manageable. They helped us understand everything we didn’t know, registered us, and even helped us figure out our exemption strategy. Their pricing was significantly better than that of other popular platforms. Their support has been amazing, too. Every month, the platform analyzes our sales tax responsibilities, and with a click of one button, prepares to remit on our behalf. It's honestly magic. 10/10 (I've used them now in two companies I've founded/run). Now that I’m scaling (just launched in Walmart!!!!!!!), they’re still the best partner around

The Kintsugi team adds a personal touch to sales tax reporting. They are always easy to reach and go the extra mile to ensure they are always providing a white glove service. Would highly recommend them for anyone looking to simplify sales tax reporting.

After being completely overwhelmed at all the notifications we received about tax due in different states, I decided that we need help in this area and fast. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the customer service and ease of this process. They took my overwhelmed feelings about tax away and made the process easy. They are quick to respond and I can now focus on my business vs what tax I have due in certain states. I’m incredibly thankful I found them. My accountant actually researched and found them for me. I’m finally set free from wondering what’s due and who needs our tax money. This app is a life saver.

Love Kintsugi! Better than any other competitor out there! We actually transitioned from a popular competitor in the space, and Kintsugi actually found previous errors and wrong filings from this agency, and even helped us win back some of these accrued interest/penalties. 10/10 service

Absolutely loving this tool! I was so nervous to start pushing more sales to my website from social media because of the sales tax portion and Kintsugi takes that anxiety completely away. I know I am covered where I need to be and the app is very user friendly and cost effective!
