Great app and customer service
Thank you! Glad you're enjoying the app, and our team is always here whenever you need us.
Our company switched from a well known software company to Kixxl and we've been very happy with the software and more importantly, the customer support! The developers have even stepped in to help us with an urgent Shopify issue, unrelated to kixxl. They are always kind and quick to help. No longer are we waiting hours or days to hear back about software issues, which we experienced with our previous provider. Our customers are happier with all the kixxl features and the ease of use. Switching was a no-brainer. I recommend giving them a go! Really love the flexible plans/prices they offer. Great value for money.
Thank you for sharing your switching experience in such detail! We know changing software feels risky, which is exactly why we work hard to make the transition smooth and why our team responds in minutes, not days. And you're right, we'll jump in to help even when the issue isn't about Kixxl, because your store running well is what matters to us. Thanks for trusting us with your business; it's a pleasure working with you!
