Our company switched from a well known software company to Kixxl and we've been very happy with the software and more importantly, the customer support! The developers have even stepped in to help us with an urgent Shopify issue, unrelated to kixxl. They are always kind and quick to help. No longer are we waiting hours or days to hear back about software issues, which we experienced with our previous provider. Our customers are happier with all the kixxl features and the ease of use. Switching was a no-brainer. I recommend giving them a go! Really love the flexible plans/prices they offer. Great value for money.

I’ve been using Kixxl for a couple of months now and honestly, I can’t say enough about this app—mostly because it keeps saving me from myself. The customer service team? Absolute superheroes. Every time I’ve had an issue, they’ve swooped in and fixed it… and let’s be real, 98% of those issues were *my* fault or the result of my “I’ll-figure-this-out-later” website setup. I know nothing about websites—I do the digital equivalent of duct-taping things together and hoping for the best. But Kixxl’s team doesn’t judge. Instead, they send me step-by-step instructions simple enough that even I can't mess them up (usually). On top of that, the builder has actually brought in more business AND taken the whole “building gang sheets for customers who have no idea what a gang sheet even is” task off my plate. Bless them. 10/10 would recommend—especially if your tech skills are… let’s call them “aspirational.”

Initially, support suggested that the problems were on my side, but later acknowledged that the issues were actually related to their own servers and infrastructure. While the support team remained responsive, I often found myself repeatedly contacting support and waiting for updates before being able to continue processing orders. These delays impacted my ability to serve customers on time, and unfortunately I lost several clients as a result of missed deadlines. My experience during the first months was positive, which makes this situation especially disappointing. I sincerely hope the platform can improve its stability and server reliability in the future, as it has strong potential when everything is working properly.

Absolutely love having this added to my website. This has cute my setup time in half if not more. I was spending 5-6 hours a day sorting emails and Canva sheets then setting up prints for each customer. Now they do all the work in their side and know they are getting exactly what they need. I just download and print. This has seriously freed up so much time that I can use to focus on my own production and quality control.

You can pick different formats to get you downloads. Customers have multiple options for the type of artwork they can upload. I can't say enough great things about this company.
