It's ALMOST perfect, and has come 1000 miles since we first evaluated it early this year. Several key features we requested at that time have been implemented, which precipitated our switch from another popular reviews app. The integration with Klaviyo email is a huge differentiator for this product. The ONE feature that would make this a 5: In the widget for a full Reviews web page, it doesn't show the store's response to the reviews. This is crucial in mitigating the impact of negative reviews.
