We already loved Klaviyo for our emails ... but changing from our previous review app to this one has been a game changer. Much easier to use. And it gets better all the time. PS Biggest difference for us though, is how quickly we hear back when we have a question. So important! Thank you Klaviyo team.

I don't know how to get the stars to show on the individual products on our featured items. Loox will do it but it only shows shop reviews

I'm loving this app so far. Collecting reviews as a new store is a challenge but this keeps it all organized.

I recently received my first negative review. I replied to the negative review and published it, but noticed that the store reply was not visible on my website. When I checked with Klaviyo, they advised that: "I’ve double‑checked how Klaviyo Reviews works today, and at the moment the SEO / All reviews widget on your Reviews page does not support displaying store replies. That’s why you aren’t seeing an option in the widget settings to turn replies on there. I apologise for this limitation. I can certainly flag that for my team." This is not acceptable, a business cannot allow a negative review to be published without having the opportunity to show a public reply, it just looks like the business does not care about their customers, and does not take reviews seriously. This needs to be fixed ASAP. I am actually quite shocked at this limitation, this seems like a basic, essential feature to me. Really, really disappointed.

I've been using the cleanser and tallow for 4 months now and my skin in just so amazing!!
