The reviews portion of Klaviyo is dreadful. I have spent a whole afternoon wasting my time due to 2 very important and completely inaccurate instructions from the klaviyo chatbot. then the 2 agents i spoke to must have been helping 20 people at once, the replies from the customer service agents always take a lifetime, I have been here 5 hours and literally got nowhere due to the misinformation. i was on a plan for 250 reviews a month and unlike the email platform, if you reach the limit and go over the profiles, the reviews stop sending and the worst part is, as i have found, contrary to what the chat bot says, you CANNOT send the reviews to those profiles that were skipped due to "request status - usage limit" the only workaround i have been given is to MANUALLY email each customer INDIVIDUALLY to send them a link to my website product page to write a review. what a joke - how does it not aucomatically take you to the next plan like it does if emails go over. and, if not then how on earth is there no way to email those skipped profiles. Also, i accidentally selected delete instead of clone my flow. it was instantly gone - i went to the chat bot and it said there was no way to get the flow back unless it is archived - how is there no "undo" button or confirmation before deleting. then the worst part is i spent an hour recreating the flow only to decide to check something with an agent and to be told that he could get the flow back for me, so again the chat bot gave completely inaccurate information again wasting my time. This review platform is so basic, the formatting and funtionality is really average. I am so disappointed and wish I went with a different provider for my reviews. Klaviyo needs to update their bot software, small business owners cannot afford to waste a total of 5 hours i their day trying to do something to basic. and there needs to be better support, i should not have had to sit on a chat for hours on end to get literally nowhere. the communication skills need improvement drastically.

expensive and can't collect reviews from purchasers in a one-off campaign, needs to go through a post purchase flow. the in email submission would have been great, but couldn't get it to work. was expecting more from klaviyo especially at their price point

Unable to trial due to instal errors and faulty import. We're klaviyo customers for email/sms and interested in having email/sms with tight reviews integration. For Klaviyo prices and quality expectation this is a let down. The app doesn't appear to be ready for release at all. App won't connect to store - receive error message when attempting to make initial connection. Import of Yotpo reviews does not work. Tried multiple times on different sessions. Simply sits on Klaviyo import page. No error message or successful upload. I've tried to set this up a twice on different days. No issues trying other reviews apps during same time frame. Not a good sign from Klaviyo considering their pricing and positioning. I really hope this isn't a sign of things to come. :(

Klaviyo as a company have awful customer service, look at Trust pilot reviews! The is no phone support and chat support send you links that do not solve the issue. Not much support at all. Shame as their business model is good but other competitors are getting much better. Look elsewhere for your whole package before signing with Klaviyo for anything!

Unable to sync with Shopify despite uninstalling and re-installing app several times. The message I keep getting is "Something is a amiss..."

Rating this a one star due to the pricing plans. We use Klaviyo for SMS + Email marketing and would have LOVED to use this feature. We currently have Loox at $34.99 a month. The Klaviyo plan we would use would be $90 a month, which can significantly increase to $125 and so forth, based on the orders.
