SHABZ review for KYC | Know Your Customer
Subject: Feature Request: Transition from Qualitative Labels to Quantitative Risk Brackets Message: I am currently using KYC | Know Your Customer to manage my order flow, but I find the current "High/Medium/Low" risk labels too broad for precise decision-making. My store's average cancellation rate is 23.08%. When a customer is flagged as "Medium," I cannot distinguish if they have a 20% risk (near my average) or a 40% risk (double my average). I request the implementation of 10% granular brackets: 0–10% (Safe) 11–20% (Below Average Risk) 21–30% (Average Risk) ...up to 90–100% (Critical Risk) Having this level of precision would allow me to automate my fulfillment logic more effectively and reduce manual review time.
