Urban Modesty review for Koin Store Credit & Rewards

I have been trying to contact customer service for days. The app idea sounds great but its not working for me and customers need their gift cards. The app is not issuing store credits after a order is fulfilled. Again customer service is truly lacking. Sent messages, responded to emails, and nothing. If I can get the app to work I will update the review.
