If I could give this app 0 stars, I would. Do not install this app and do not conduct business through it. The setup instructions are vague, the platform is extremely difficult to navigate, and there is virtually no support available when issues arise. Even worse, we currently have orders dating back to January that show no payment and no clear way to resolve the issue, which has created serious accounting problems on our end. Until this situation is resolved and payments are processed, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. If this continues unresolved, I will be escalating the issue to Shopify and the Better Business Bureau. Proceed with caution.
