No customer service to speak of, not Mac friendly, which is kind of been saying for anyone in the music business, and just overall a completely unsatisfying experience I strongly urge you to avoid this app at all cost. I have nothing good to say about them.
Thank you for the review. I 'think' you were trying to review Kunaki.com (which I am not). We are the Kunakify app which automatically sends your Shopify order to Kunaki.com to print/press/ship automatically. We are not connected with Kunaki.com in any other way. We just use them daily for our biz and so created this much needed app. I believe your review is based on them rather than this app? We have great customer support and work on Mac computers. So thought the review was a bit unfair to be honest. Happy to help you get set up properly with Kunaki.com and our app Kunakify if you would like no worries at all.
