Kunakify has been a fantastic solution for my CD fulfillment. Orders normally flow through instantly, and on the rare occasion something needs attention, support is fast and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a smoother way to integrate Kunaki with Shopify. Highly recommended!

not as turnkey as i had hoped. LOTS of manual set up for each product through Kunaki. could be ok if you only have 2-3 products and high print volume each. but not a great solution if you have lots of products with low print volume each. it's just a bridge to Kunaki - and you still have to USE Kunaki... so this app saves you a few clicks using Kunaki's native order page. also, prices through Kunaki are quite high, and don't include shipping. so it may be the only vinyl-on-demand solution currently on Shopify, but hard costs are $46/vinyl and still requires a lot of manual setup.

Excellent! The Kunakify app works really well. All it takes is a few clicks and your products are printed and shipped! Customer support solved the brief problem I had.

If you have any problems with the app, Simon will get you situated!! He really understands the issues and gets to the bottom of it within hours. The quick and brief responds also makes you feel like you're heard, and not just wasting your time wondering if you're going to get the help and answers you need. As for the App, it does a great job connecting the order to Kunaki and doesn't require any rocket science. 5 stars on my end.

I've been using Kunaki and Kunakify for about 2 years now to print a single On Demand DVD for my customers, ordered through Shopify. It has been a seamless experience thanks to Kunakify. Kunaki's bare-bones interface is certainly less daunting with the help of Kunakify, and Kunakify's customer service provided by Simon is hands down one of the best on the internet. I recently had an issue due to changes I made and Simon had me cheerfully and painlessly up and running in less than 24 hours. Since I am not up to speed on the ever-changing technologies, this type of prompt, efficient and courteous assistance is a rare godsend. If you need on-demand disc printing purchased through Shopify, pretty sure Kunaki is the only one out there offering it at an excellent price per unit. Kunakify will keep your orders flowing seamlessly so that all *you have to do is deposit your payouts. :) A great App for sure!

Kunaki seems to be the only Press on Demand disc service that can be connected to Shopify and Kunakify, as far as I know, is the only app that connects them. Kunaki itself (not owned by the same folks as Kunakify) has a woefully outdated UI. But Kunakify has a simple, modern, easy to use interface that pretty much just works. And any time I have had suggestions to make it better, the developers have taken it to heart and implemented those features in short order. The only thing you need to be aware of is that Kunaki will delete your products if they are not ordered once every few months or so. Again, that is not an issue with this app -Kunakify just passes the orders to Kunaki- but you should make sure to order your own product once in a while if no one else does, just to keep it alive. Anyway, I think there is always room for improvement with any piece of software, but I am giving it 5 stars because it does what it sets out to do and because the developers are super responsive to feature requests that make sense. The only thing I can think of that would make it better is if it could be used to create products in Kunaki as well so that we do not have to use the Kunaki UI at all. Hope that helps!

Does not work

Customer service is amazing, Simon was very helpful he made sure that everything was okay. I recommend this app at 100% . Fast shipping , great quality.

No customer service to speak of, not Mac friendly, which is kind of been saying for anyone in the music business, and just overall a completely unsatisfying experience I strongly urge you to avoid this app at all cost. I have nothing good to say about them.

I have had a great experience with Kunakify. I am not tech savvy. And very new to online selling. It has been a very easy process. When I did need help, I reached out, received instant feedback and was given a solution. This is making my life so much easier!

We've had great success with Kunakify for CDs. Very easy to set-up and get in your shop to start selling. Shipping is easy and fast. Prices are great. Any time we've had any issues, we reach out and get help right away.

Works like a charm! We sell training for musicians and audio engineers and while many of our customers choose online access to the courses, about 30-40% still enjoy shipped DVDs. With Kunakify you just line up your Kunaki product codes with your Shopify Product IDs , then orders simply get passed automatically through. Simon (the developer) always gets back to you and is very responsive to product improvements. If you want a seamless way to ship anything that Kunaki can produce and you use Shopify...this is the way to go. David Wills (ProAudioEXP.com)
