Implementing GoKwik’s Sidebar Cart has had a significant positive impact on our checkout funnel. The slide-in module integrates seamlessly with our existing theme and keeps customers within the same purchase flow, eliminating unnecessary page redirects. This alone reduces decision fatigue and creates a smoother, more intuitive user experience. Additionally, the product’s flexibility allowed us to effectively nudge customers with various discount offers and tiered promotions directly within the checkout. As a result, we not only improved the overall cart experience but also saw a noticeable uplift in AOV. It has been some years since we are using GoKwik Checkout and now this CART app just adds more functionality to the checkout. It integrates seamlessly with checkout, is feature rich and has a lot of customisation options to make buyer purchase journey easier. As usual merchant support team handles queries with a lot of efficiency and they are very quick in providing issue resolution.
