No one helped us out, when we required some modfiications and enquired on price, their customer support team is worst and sales team are too ignorant, they dot care if we buy their plan or not. I found some features were not working correctly

It has been some years since we are using GoKwik Checkout and now this CART app just adds more functionality to the checkout. It integrates seamlessly with checkout, is feature rich and has a lot of customisation options to make buyer purchase journey easier. As usual merchant support team handles queries with a lot of efficiency and they are very quick in providing issue resolution.

We are writing this review after using the app for about 3months. Have been one of the earliest users of the app too. The app isn't reliable, half of the times the native cartslider triggers, half of the times the gokwik cart slider doesn't open at all. This isn't the 1st time we experienced so many bugs, today since midnight the cartslider stopped working and the app wouldn't trigger even after adding products to cart leading to nearly 12 hours of no sales. Last time we were told that we pushed some updates hence the app was buggy. We have lost sales for about 2 days in a similar way as today. And the app isn't worth the price of losing sales for nearly half the day. Now our ROAS that was 4x (Yesterday) is at 1.2x Today just because of the app.
