We’ve been using Kwik Cart’s slide cart drawer on our Shopify store form more than 18 months, and the experience has been great, especially the support. Whenever we’ve reached out, the team has responded quickly and actually solved the problem rather than sending us back and forth. Fixes have come through fast, which matters a lot when it’s your live store and cart experience on the line. Our POC Namrata has been especially helpful. She understands what we need, keeps us updated until everything is working the way we want. It’s clear the whole team cares about their merchants and is invested in getting things right. Overall, we’re very happy using Kwik Cart and with the partnership so far.
