I recently switched from Loox Reviews to Lai, and I couldn't be happier with the transition! The support from Lai has been absolutely top-notch—hands down the best I've ever received. A huge shoutout to Emily, who has been so attentive and supportive, and the dev team, especially Anthony, for going above and beyond to create a custom widget just for me! They customized it as a kind gesture, even though I'm not on the plan that typically includes customizations. No questions asked, just genuine support.
