I paid for my subscription for a year, only to find out that I was still registered as a "free plan" due to a technical error or something. In total this joke cost me €55.44, of which I only got $3.98 back.

As long as your Essential plan is active, all associated features are fully accessible within our app. You lost the access to all features of the Essential plan since April 4, 2025 as you cancelled the app subscription charge.
