UPDATE: The support team reached out and pointed out a setting I had missed—and it totally solved the issue! Now, the empty stars are hidden so the store looks clean, new customers can now easily leave reviews for products with 0 reviews, The whole fix/clarification took just a couple of days, and I am genuinely impressed by their quick and helpful customer service. Upgrading my rating to 5 stars!
