The team at Langify is absolutely excellent. I had an issue that I couldn’t resolve myself and was really struggling to figure it out, but their support was incredibly fast, efficient, and effective. They quickly identified the problem and sorted everything out without any hassle. The whole process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Genuinely brilliant service — highly recommended.

We’ve had an outstanding experience with Langify. We run a fairly complex setup: PageFly, multiple third-party plugins, custom sections, and 7+ active languages across our store. Multilingual setups can get messy fast, especially when different apps interact in unexpected ways. Every time we ran into an issue, the Langify support team stepped in and solved it. Not with copy-paste replies. Not with delays. They actually looked into the problem, coordinated with our setup, and provided clear solutions. Fast responses, technically competent answers, and a genuine willingness to help until everything worked properly. That level of support matters when you’re scaling internationally. Because of that experience, I’ve also recommended and onboarded several of our agency clients onto Langify. When you know a support team will respond quickly and take ownership, it’s easy to stand behind the product. If you’re running multiple languages and a non-trivial tech stack, Langify is a safe choice.

I find the application very comprehensive and easy to use if you've already used translation plugins. But I'm surprised by their support; I've had a few issues and they've always responded very quickly and provided a solution.

Warning to Shopify Users About Langify I want to share my experience so others don’t waste their time or money. Langify might look like a convenient translation app for Shopify, but in reality it caused nothing but problems for my store. When you switch to another language, the page automatically jumps back to the original language. The translations don’t stay applied, making the whole feature basically unusable. It fails to translate properly, even after setup and troubleshooting. They offer a very short free trial, which makes sense now — if people had more time to test it, they’d realise it doesn’t work as promised. In my experience, it simply didn’t deliver what it advertises. I’m sharing this so other Shopify store owners don’t waste their time or money on something that doesn’t function reliably.
Thank you for your feedback. We would like to correct this review. You were in contact with our support team over a longer period of time. The issue concerned the use of machine translation and bulk translation, as well as the question of whether translation words that had already been used could be restored retrospectively. The language in question was deleted directly in Shopify by the shop operator, i.e. you. When a language is deleted, Shopify's system removes all associated translations. In this case, translation credits that have already been used cannot be recredited, as they have already been processed and billed by the translation service. This was explained transparently by our support team. A technical problem in which pages "revert to the original language" or translations are not saved was not reported as an error and does not correspond to how Langify works. Translations remain as long as the respective language is available in Shopify. Nevertheless, in this case, we have already credited additional words as a gesture of goodwill and are continuing to strive to find a good solution for all parties. Langify can be used permanently free of charge; costs only arise for optional features such as machine translation, bulk translation, or custom content. Our support team is always available to clearly explain such processes in advance.
