Best support ever from one person: Sabrina! The 5 stars go to her support mainly for helping with everything that I had to do. Always available and always sharing what went wrong and how could i had fix it. On another note: Langify(Shopify) unfortunately doenst let you translate our urls. So too bad for our SEO. Still regarding support a person named Wolf, was not of much help at all. I asked something and he or she basically said that i could, basically, consult their FAQ. When i asked my question i had already searched everywhere and tried to do things on my own. To get that sort of response from a human its ridiculous, a bot could have easily said that. Human support has the responsibility(response+ability) of being much better! About the app: its sort of easy to use, except when we're trying to translate certain elements that are hardcoded. Conclusion: everyone at support center should learn from Sabrina, copy her style and try to be as helpful as she is. It makes a world of difference to be her customer or to be Wolf's customer. If I didn't have her support i would probably not be using this app.
