they were willing to help me with some extra modifications though i was on the free plan. they are really helpful and have fast turnaround time. really recommend them!!! the integration to our website is also very seamless

Very helpful support. You can choose up to 10 languages for free. Also, support was always quick to reply and kindly responded to my selfish needs.

This translation app is perfect, works well with our theme SYMMETRY and the customer support is EXCELLENT. Apparently this is true across all of the Uplinkly apps. We also use their Digital Downloads app and it also works perfect on www.eyeidea.com.

Excellent app!! Extremely easy to use. Did exactly what I needed it to do. It translated the ENTIRE WEBSITE including customized pages created with another app. I was able to adjust the language floater bar to where I wanted it on the header and changed the colors to match the site. Very happy with it!

This app is amazing super fast and translations are actually great! Easy to use and i had some extra features installed after email support from Kelly which helped me fast and for free. What more can we ask. Excellent app! excellent help! = happy customer!

I'm utilizing Uplinkly and much to dismay this app has over exceeded my expectations. The options available for use of multiple languages that translates the site and all products is remarkable. I give it two Thumbs Up and strongly suggest that you utilize this amazing tool.

Works great right out of the box. And the auto-translations are quite good! I speak English and Italian so was able to confirm this for myself. I also had Japanese and German friends confirm the quality of the translations in those languages. Keep in mind that this app translates on page load so there's no help for SEO in other languages. Some kind of companion app to resolve this would be great. Would it help to create individual pages for each language that could then be submitted to Google to help with multi-language SEO?

I'm using the app for a couple of weeks and I'm absolutely satisfied. My shop is originally set up in French. The English translation is correct. I needed a word changing "Sold out" to replace "Out of print"...Mickael did a fast job. I do recommend the app. Easy to add and great customer service

This app is awesome! It helped me translate my online store in six languages with the touch of a button. I recommend it 100%! I am fluent in four of these languages and the translation was great considering the use of AI.

Floating widget is really distracting. I contacted support couple of times and never had an answer. At least they could be polite enough to answer anything like "sorry we can't help you with that", but this ignorance isn't something you expect nowadays. Update: Got a great customer support after some issues with communication. Their answers went to a spam folder that's why I never found them. At the end everything was fixed in a timely manner and it was a pleasure to work with such caring support team. Thank you!
