However, there's a quick solution you can apply: You can disable the GA4 tracking code insertion from our app's settings. Typically, the refund process involves uninstalling the app first and then notifying us so we can promptly process your refund or issue app credits. I noticed you've already uninstalled the app, and I've proactively issued a full refund in the form of app credits for you. We always strive to provide excellent service, but since refunds are handled through Shopify's system, we're not automatically notified of issues unless you reach out to us directly. Had we known earlier, we would have happily resolved this immediately.
