Me descargue la aplicacion, y no me funciona! hable con la plataforma y me recomienda que hable con Lara Google, pero la verdad es que se pasan la pelota y no me devuelven el dinero! Como muchos andamos mal de tiempo y el poco que tenemos no es para estar reclamando!

Lamento sinceramente que hayas tenido esta experiencia y comprendo totalmente tu frustración. Por lo general, el proceso de reembolso implica desinstalar primero la aplicación y luego notificarnos para que podamos proceder con el reembolso o aplicar créditos en la app. He visto que ya desinstalaste la aplicación, por lo cual he emitido de manera proactiva un reembolso completo en forma de créditos. Siempre nos esforzamos por ofrecer un servicio excelente, pero dado que los reembolsos son gestionados a través del sistema de Shopify, no recibimos automáticamente notificaciones sobre problemas a menos que nos contactes directamente. De haberlo sabido antes, con gusto lo habríamos solucionado de inmediato. Typically, the refund process involves uninstalling the app first and then notifying us so we can promptly process your refund or issue app credits. I noticed you've already uninstalled the app, and I've proactively issued a full refund in the form of app credits for you. We always strive to provide excellent service, but since refunds are handled through Shopify's system, we're not automatically notified of issues unless you reach out to us directly. Had we known earlier, we would have happily resolved this immediately.
