They haven’t been able to fix one of the major issues for at least a year now. If a customer purchases 2 or more large files, the download simply fails — they can’t download the files, so they think they’ve been scammed. This has caused a huge amount of unnecessary work, as well as numerous PayPal disputes and Stripe chargebacks, because customers aren’t receiving the products they paid for. I’ve reported this problem to support about 15–20 times, but they keep giving vague answers without any real solution, insisting that everything works fine on their end. The last time, they managed to figure out that the issue mainly occurs when customers try to download multiple files at once, and their “solution” was to tell me to disable the “Download All” function — meaning customers would have to download each file individually. That is absurd, and it’s not a solution at all. I expect a real fix for this issue, because it’s been a year with no resolution and I’ve already lost hundreds of dollars because of it. I’m also requesting some form of compensation, as the app hasn’t been functioning properly for an entire year — and since we’re talking about around 4,000 files, migrating to another app would be an enormous amount of work.
Hi there, We are very sorry that you had a negative experience using the application. Currently, our application stores files on cloud storage, and we have established CDN caching in most regions worldwide, ensuring data speeds in most areas. Regarding the "Download All" feature slowing down downloads, this is a documented issue as it requires files to be compressed into zip files, which increases download times. We are currently investigating a solution to this problem; if unsuccessful, we may decide to remove this feature entirely to avoid negatively impacting the user experience. Thank you, LDT Team
