We’ve had a great experience using Lenochat. It’s super rare to find a tool that actually does what it says it will without charging a fortune. If you need a solid chat app, I’d 100% recommend checking it out.

I was hesitant to add live chat because I can’t be online all the time, but this makes it really easy. The AI handles most enquiries and only passes them to me when needed. With the contact form, I can just reply by email when I’m available. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable but powerful chat tool.

Support emails are answered quickly whenever an issue comes up. We’ve tried many chat tools, and LenoChat has delivered the best results for us. Their customer support is also fast and reliable.

100% recommend! I’m really happy with this chat tool. I love how the AI filters messages before handing them over to me. I used to get a lot of spam chats, but the pre-filled form has made a huge difference. Thanks, LenoChat!

Love the features, especially the AI replies, order tracking, and showing Instagram and WhatsApp right in the chat widget. My cSooooers can reach me easily, and I can respond much faster. The mobile app with notifications is a huge bonus too. Soooo good!
