100% recommend! I’m really happy with this chat tool. I love how the AI filters messages before handing them over to me. I used to get a lot of spam chats, but the pre-filled form has made a huge difference. Thanks, LenoChat!

Love the features, especially the AI replies, order tracking, and showing Instagram and WhatsApp right in the chat widget. My cSooooers can reach me easily, and I can respond much faster. The mobile app with notifications is a huge bonus too. Soooo good!

I’m really happy to have finally found the chat app I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The AI chat handles common questions and hands conversations over to me when needed, with offline messages sent straight to my email. It’s reduced the number of enquiries a lot and makes it much easier to stay responsive. Their customer support is very responsive too.

I was looking for a free chat app for my Shopify store that still felt powerful and good value, and LenoChat nailed it. I really like that even the free plan includes AI replies and product training. The chat widget is impressive, and customers can track order details directly, which has reduced follow-up questions. Very impressed so far.
