We’ve tried quite a few AI chat tools for our Shopify store, and LenoChat has honestly been one of the best so far. Setup was simple, the interface is clean and easy to use, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent. What you see is what you get, which is rare with a lot of AI tools. What really stood out for us is how well the AI works alongside live chat. When the AI can’t answer something (which is rare), the handover to a real person is smooth and doesn’t feel clunky at all. It also connects to the major social platforms, so everything comes into one place instead of juggling multiple inboxes. Support has been fantastic as well. Sophia was incredibly helpful during setup and answered our questions quickly and clearly. Overall, we’re really impressed. It’s a well thought-out platform and honestly one of the better AI chat + live chat solutions we’ve come across. At this rate, I can definitely see these guys becoming one of the top tools in this space. Highly recommended.

I was hesitant to add live chat because I can’t be online all the time, but this makes it really easy. The AI handles most enquiries and only passes them to me when needed. With the contact form, I can just reply by email when I’m available. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for an affordable but powerful chat tool.

I’m really happy to have finally found the chat app I was looking for, at a very reasonable price. The AI chat handles common questions and hands conversations over to me when needed, with offline messages sent straight to my email. It’s reduced the number of enquiries a lot and makes it much easier to stay responsive. Their customer support is very responsive too.

This app is excellent for consolidating chats from Shopify, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook in one unified inbox. The AI suggestions speed up responses, and having order/cart info directly in the chat makes support way more efficient. Great value, especially on the free plan.

Very easy to use for live chat and automated replies. The mobile app lets me see customers questions even when I'm not in the office. Leno AI answers product questions with high accuracy. I really enjoy using the tool.
