I advise everyone to use this application; its features are extremely advanced. The support is fast and very wonderful, the application is very beautiful and very easy to use. Everyone is cooperative and of high morals. Dealing with integrations is very, very easy to a great extent. I loved the application a lot because it is responsive. The important messages for the artificial intelligence mind are very excellent and comprehensive, allowing me to write a large rules text that helps me make the artificial intelligence mind more understandable and easier. It supports uploading images for clients, which is very excellent to save time and effort in dealing with the client. I truly thank you for this wonderful service.

Absolutely amazing app! LenoChat has completely transformed how we handle customer inquiries. We’ve tried quite a few AI chat tools for our Shopify store, and LenoChat has honestly been one of the best so far. Setup was simple, the interface is clean and easy to use, and the pricing is refreshingly transparent. What you see is what you get, which is rare with a lot of AI tools. What really stood out for us is how well the AI works alongside live chat. When the AI can’t answer something (which is rare), the handover to a real person is smooth and doesn’t feel clunky at all. It also connects to the major social platforms, so everything comes into one place instead of juggling multiple inboxes. Support has been fantastic as well. Sophia was incredibly helpful during setup and answered our questions quickly and clearly. Overall, we’re really impressed. It’s a well thought-out platform and honestly one of the better AI chat + live chat solutions we’ve come across. At this rate, I can definitely see these guys becoming one of the top tools in this space. Highly recommended.

We’ve had a great experience using Lenochat. It’s super rare to find a tool that actually does what it says it will without charging a fortune. If you need a solid chat app, I’d 100% recommend checking it out.
