Eine prima App sehr übersichtlich und der Support ist perfekt hat immer sofort und kompetent geantwortet und somit konnte ich meine Probleme lösen. Was ich selbst nicht hinbekommen habe hat der Support gelöst. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Von heute auf morgen tat sich plötzlich nichts mehr mit der Übertragung der Rechnung von shopify an lexware office. Kundenservice von eshop guide hat mir sehr geholfen. Fehlersuche war mühsam, lag bei office, nicht in der app. Ich wurde sogar zurückgerufen - ein echter Mensch, mit dem man reden konnte. Super und danke.
