Fluidlines review for Lightning Inventory

I have been using this app for sometime now. Recently we had a technical issue and after reaching out we had no reply, this lead me to leave a negative review. This negative review promoted Phil to reach out to me. Turns out they had a technical issue with their messaging system (we all have them from time to time). After listening to our issue the team set about to fix the error which was achieved within 24 hours. I am firstly grateful for the fix but more importantly for the professional manner in the way Phil handled this. I am therefore reviewing my review to 5 stars.
Our team were devastated to think we had let you down. We were so glad it was something simple and made changes to ensure no call for support ever goes unheard. It was an absolute pleasure working with you. We really appreciated your understanding, and learning about the ways you were using the app. We are grateful to have you on board and to be supporting your store. Always here to help, and this time we'll get your email ;). Excited to be a small part of a great store.
