Recently on boarded LimeChat a month ago and so far, the experience with the Onboarding Team has been very pleasant. All the roadblocks were cleared promptly and special mention to Arya, our Onboarding Manager for being patient and thorough. LC is constantly upgrading the UI/UX and the team also sets up basic automations for you, both of which are much appreciated. Requesting the team to make every aspect of the LC bot a no code tool so it's easier to control from the front end.

We've been using the application for a month now and here's what we have to say! 1. The application installation was seamless, it took us more than usual to migrate but the team helped us throughout the process 2. Enable us to target and retarget our audiences via automation and triggers 3. The inclusion of chatbots has simplified the user experience and interaction 4. The "Quick Shop" feature leading directly to checkout has been valuable The onboarding Tat can take longer depending on the transition or specific use cases. The team has been incredibly cooperative and patient especially Veena our Consultant and Arya- Our onboarding manager throughout the journey. They are absolutely responsive and proactive, Thank you for all the support, we really appreciated it!
