The support team was very efficient in handling our issues and due to their diligence, we settled most of them without any further problems. They are also patient in assisting us in putting up the list of common questions/answers so that our chatbot can function smoothly. Overall their services and quick response were the best!

We are very happy with Limechat platform , we are using Limechat since 7 months and they have a very seamless system to integrate omnichannels ,customer helpdesk and promotional/transactional campaigns . Our customer support and social media management has become very effiecient and easy
