The service given by Michael when we asked about formatting the Personalizer boxes was excellent. He also gave us links to guides to help us in the future with configuring other aspects of the app. Our Silk products website is a little unusual in that we have a trade and retail section with two different price bands for the same product with the trade price only visible after login with a trade account, and we hope Personalizer will boost the retail side of our business, since it can't yet be applied to both. Its a great start!
