AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and AMAZING APP!!! I had an issue with the default theme, used the free in-chat app, and got amazingly fast and helpful service. Michael helped me fix a very small tweak (fixing the alignment of a header box) that makes my store look amazing! He and I were emailing back and forth for over a WEEK and he finally got the problem fixed!! Unbelievable customer service. Michael is the man!
